Bd71shop specializes in digital products including game codes, gift cards, top-up services, and digital streaming subscriptions. Once these products are delivered and the codes are revealed to you, they cannot be returned or exchanged as they are considered used.

3. Wrong Product Delivered
- If you received a different product than what you ordered
- The code must not have been redeemed or used
- Report must be made within 24 hours of delivery
4. Technical Issues
- If there’s a verified technical error on our end that prevented proper delivery
- Duplicate charges for the same order
